  4. Evaluate the design Process: Inquire and understand, what process they follow to achieve creative output. You can also go a little deep on understanding, how they deliver the final files. And most importantly, how long the files would be available at the agency if you need them in the future. 
  5. Agency Response: When you complete your digital shortlisting, call them and ask for their services and details to make your decision. During this conversation, pay attention to the response time, the conversation, and agencies approach to helping you with their services. 
  6.
