  1. Client Engagement Policy
  • Transparency: Clear project scopes, timelines, and pricing are shared upfront. Any change in scope will be communicated and approved in writing.
  • Confidentiality: All client information, materials, and internal strategies are treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Feedback Loops: We encourage ongoing feedback and offer multiple revision cycles depending on the project scope.
  • Support: We provide ongoing technical and creative support post-delivery under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) or as mutually agreed.
  1. Project Execution Policy
  • Brief to Delivery: All projects begin with a formal brief, followed by structured milestones and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Every deliverable goes through a detailed internal review before sharing with the client.
  • Communication: Project updates are shared weekly or as per agreement. We use email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Trello/ClickUp for collaboration.
  • Timelines: We respect deadlines. Any potential delays will be informed in advance with revised estimates.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Advance: Most projects require 50% advance before initiation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Milestone Billing: For long-term projects, billing is broken down by milestones.
  • Retainers: Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each cycle.
  • Late Payments: A delay beyond 15 days may incur a late fee unless prior discussion occurs.
  1. Data Privacy & Security
  • We follow strict protocols to ensure client data (design files, credentials, strategy documents, analytics, etc.) is stored securely.
  • All access credentials are managed responsibly and are never shared externally.
  1. Employee Code of Conduct
  • Work Ethic: Punctuality, accountability, and creative discipline are expected from every team member.
  • Learning Culture: Employees are encouraged to upgrade skills regularly. We support learning through workshops and mentorship.
  • Non-Discrimination: We do not tolerate bias based on gender, religion, age, or background. Inclusion is non-negotiable.
  • Client Interaction: Employees are trained to represent Orrigem with professionalism and respect at all times.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All designs, content, and strategies created by Orrigem remain the intellectual property of Orrigem until full payment is received.
  • Post-payment, relevant rights are transferred to the client based on terms defined in the agreement.
  1. Termination & Exit Policy
  • Clients or Orrigem may terminate any engagement with a written notice (15–30 days) depending on contract terms.
  • In case of premature termination, billing will be processed for the work completed up to that point.
  1. Sustainability & Responsibility
  • We are mindful of waste in all forms — time, energy, and environmental.
  • We support NGOs and purpose-driven businesses with discounted or pro-bono work when possible.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. In unresolved matters, jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Mumbai.
  1. Policy Updates
  • Orrigem reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients and employees will be notified of major changes.
